Greenscreen

Postby Neighborhood Studios on Fri Apr 25, 2008 1:40 pm

OK, I set up a greenscreen for a project I was working on, and got the whole setup done in 2 hours, and was able to take it all down in 1 hour. Enjoy, and hopefully some of this is useful.

I got a live feed from the camera to the computer and monitor, and a feed from the editing program to the monitor.

Everything worked out fine, and the lighting was done with any lights you can find at Lowe's or Home Depot, with a greenscreen sheet you can find at any craft store!

Wow, is that a basement. It looks pretty ghetto. That's a really nice setup you have there, where did you get the screen material?
Those who believe it can't be done should not hinder the person doing it.

Yeah, that's a basement, in the most suburban and nongetto area of town!

I got the material from my school, which probably purchased it online. I have used green plastic tablecloth (like you use for parties), and it works just as well.
