ha, ha, that one never gets old. Love that story.
Those who believe it can't be done should not hinder the person doing it.

Did this actually happen? stories are fun, but the idea of a story is more knowledgeable.

Of course I disagree with the professor in the read. No one can prove gods non existence. Existence exists for a reason, because something can not spring from nothing. When nothing theoretically could have never been.

I believe in god, but from a religious stand point, I would agree with the professor, but from an existence of God stand point, well I firmly believe God exists. Just not on a miraculous level.

I sense an old debate re-brewing.

Yeah, religion definitally sucks, I am not going to lie. However, I think that it is very important that one listens to the Bible and knows Jesus. The complexity and perfectness of the whole Christian religion is undeniable, so there is no excuse.

Yeah I agree completley, in fact I took ethic classes on both islam and Catholicism spanning ideas and logican agreements based on how to interperate religion.

If anything man is responsible for everything, there are radical Islamic and non radical Islamic followers, just like it is the same for Christianity.

We have no actual proof that makes anything in religion fact, but the bible is a great story for morality, but I like many do, do not believe 7 days is 7 days rather it is contextual and symbolic, which an ethics class states many times over.

Stories are great, but no one looks at shakes spear books as non fiction, they are fiction/nonfiction so they could happen, but didn't. The same would be so for religion, since ancient man spoke very symbolically. A volcano to them might be Gods way of saying he is mad, well we explained through science what.. it actually is, instead of explaining it through a symbolic way.

There is no such thing as a bad religion, but there is bad men.

Yep. In my high school Catholic morality classes, that is exactly what is taught. The basic underlying principals and events are true, but lots of what is written is made to be taken figuratively as symbolism. A snake didn't really talk, 7 days for God can be 7 billion years, etc because everything and anything is possible.

Yes, and as many think, stories as example, 40 days of rain, or 40 days in the desert, 40 days is a precursor for many, it would mean many, which could be more or less than 40.
